Balloon Buddies?

I've been a little bit inactive and I don't remember when the Balloon Buddies came out or what they were for... anyone know? I have an archive I like to keep of my menagerie

Lighthawke They were from an explore event during the Olde Foxbury festival a month or two ago.

according to the wiki they are from 2019 Olde Foxbury Festival. haven't been active then but they are still breedable!

Red - Common
Blue Dot - Uncommon
Confetti - Rare
Rainbow - Super Rare
