Hello, everyone! I hope that you are all enjoying our current little mini-event! Have you met Xaender yet? Oh, er... excuse me... Buck? I hope he is treating you well. It looks like he has traveled far, that fellow! I hear he's even been as far as Clawtooth!

Ah, ahem, but let's move on to today's big announcement...

Custom item orders are OPEN again!

Now, before you rush on over to the forums to order - LISTEN UP! There have been some changes to the order information, so if you plan to order, please do read the forum post thoroughly first.

The best part is we are now guaranteeing a completion deadline. Our official custom artist, MOD-Shroomy will take your order and complete it with care within 1 month from time of payment.

Now that we are all on the same page, how about you head on over to the Custom Order Forums to check out all the details!



I'd like to make a small update here concerning the 90-day streak Furvilla Fan Badge. The database has a record of everyone who has claimed a badge (even if you lost your streak!) and I will be working on the project of shipping out badges myself within the next several weeks. We may need to reach out and clarify your shipping details, as well as make sure your address is updated. There are hundreds of unsent badges in the system, so I appreciate your patience while we sort out the tangle!

Once the current list has been cleared, there will be no delay in shipping out any future badges. If you hit your streak in the meantime, please claim your badge so we have you on the list. Thank you very much!

      My badge got sent out last year in march when I had a PO box. The PO box closed last year... Anything I can do about that?

    • I'm glad to hear it's all Shroomy for the customs from now on. As someone who ordered from both artists, Shroomy has always been far more prompt and communicative with the art process, and their involvement directly in the community via contests and other things makes them perfect for this role. I couldn't be happier with this turn of events, and I plan on ordering lots more awesome stuff in the future.

    • What if you have your badge, but it gets damaged somehow? This does not apply to me for the Furvilla badge, but I had another badge get damaged at a convention once, so it's possible it could happen again. I'm guessing I would need to contact the artist, which is how I got the other badge replaced, but just wanted to check. I'm not planning on damaging/losing it, but...sometimes these things happen, Especially if you go to cons, but don't have a car. XP

    • Bitterstreet If you never claimed the badge, and since lost your streak, you will need to build up a streak again to claim it. If you *did* claim it, and never received it, instructions to let us know will be posted when I begin working on sending them out.

      sae I believe the artist sells additional copies of the badge. We will post that info when I start working on this project.

    • I got the 90 day streak and lost it, but the problem is, I can't get the badge as I live with my parents. Now it seems the badge is gone. ...what happened?
