It's actually a Halloween event illness! There were 3 (zombies, werewolves and vampires). Not actually illnesses, just 3 different status effects :) actual illnesses have been turned off while we wait for the doctor career to be updated, and those were just annoying (halving or nullifying your career options until you cured them with medicine). Whenever you do want to get rid of the status effect, you'll need to feed your villager a golden apple :)
Hi, sorry for taking so long! Busy day hah. I recommend not removing his vampirism if it doesn't bother you, it gives you battle advantages if you ever decide to use him as a warrior!
