I noticed you didn't have a warrior?
A tip from someone who has two, warriors are the best profit right now. Maybe change one of your explorers? You'd only be missing out on 10 extra turns (It's weird that the hourly cap is 50, means that a third explorer is only half useful :P)
Warriors are way more worth it. I've been making thousands off my two.

I went through the same thing when I had a doctor but the market on medicine has really crashed since then.

Note: Suggest a seed drier item (to be crafted by blacksmith most likely) so herbalists can turn plants into seeds (number of seeds a plant yields is based on the total number of seeds the herbalist has mastered, includes all towns seeds).
