They are! They're a rare warrior drop from Agate herself!
I believe she can be encountered in one of the Wandering Monsters battlegrounds
The enemy is just an Arctic Fox named Agate who is already a rare encounter on itself so that's probably why there's not many of her fans in circulation right now!
