Maecellus "Maes" Auslosen is a member of the electro-metal band The Thunderheads.
Maes met the rest of the band post-mortem, in Jigoku. In life, he was a radio DJ and DJ for clubs in Germany. He enjoyed a moderate amount of success in his career, and dabbled a bit in making some music of his own toward the end of his life. One day, while attempting to set up the stage for his musical debut, some of the lighting and electronics weren't working correctly. Maes attempted to fix the problem himself, and was electrocuted to death in the process.
After death, Maes was angry and annoyed that he made such a simple mistake and could never have the chance to actually make it big as a musician, dying as a Disk Jockey for the rest of his life. At some point, he met Sasha. The two of them bonded fairly quickly over their shared backgrounds, separated only by a few years and the space between them. Maes had interest in dubstep music, while Sasha was interested in hardstyle and gabber, and together they made a few hard-hitting drum and bass tracks that briefly shook the underworld's club scene. Soon after, they met Kiara, Kenny, and Ace, and formed what would become The Thunderheads, and the rest is history.
