Yeah, the petrified ring took a lot of grinding. So did my Khopesh, but they were both worth it! they're very useful equips. Are you farming the golem fields in this event or are you still grinding for those two rings?
See, most of the people who run fire form end up using Aeron's Folly. I'm glad that my haunted armor gives me so much fire resistance! Have you tried using petrified wooden ring instead of the opal ring? You can activate that at any time so you can clear out the Folly’s effects, and it gives you a small heal every turn which is good for outlasting opponents!
I actually haven't seen too many people using lightning builds this tourney :o

Oh, I know! It didn't seem worth it to set up a fire build for this event, though, since there's quite a few people running around with fire form amulets. What's your fire form build look like?
Thanks! My frost resistance couldn't really stand up to your saul's though, lol... I usually have no problem dueling people with the Fire Form amulet because of that lowered frost resistance, but lightning form is still an issue for me!

Do you happen to know if a Soothe Amulet works with Abel's Folly? I don't want to switch out my Haunted Helm for a belt unless I absolutely have to XD
