No, I just stumbled upon your profile and thought your villagers and their names were cute. Hope you don't mind!
Uhm...tips....hm...lets see...best tips I can give you is
1. google anything you're struggling with. If you google like "background no scroll css" you might actually find what you need! (i do it all the time lmao)
2. always save after changing something. ^^ tis the best thing you could ever do unless you're 100% sure what you put in will work. but even the best coders mess up so we usually save and check to be sure we did it right :3
3. dont get upset if it doesnt work. coding is trial and error. just be determined to figure out what's wrong :3
