Fallout is the leader of Team BLK and Soul's eternal nemesis. She craves the knowledge and technology that Soul possesses, and will do anything to steal it for herself.

Fallout is a toxic, shapeshifting abomination, one that bleeds acid and thrives on radiation. She was born from a pool of radioactive sludge off the coasts of Japan, and as the biomass of hundreds of creatures dissolved into her essence she gained consciousness and cognizance. She uses some of the worlds most dangerous and deadly chemicals and toxins in experiments to turn her team of mercenaries into powerful super-soldiers. When Spirit left Soul to find the key to unlocking her magical abilities, Fallout provided her with the "alternative" that made her what she is now.
