Empyrean is the leader of this sub-village. They are the parent of Bandeau and Kodiak. They are very stoic, serious and protective of their village and believes that everyone's well-being is his responsibility. Empyrean can be a bit too harsh to others, though their counsel (Serenity, Zephyr, and Verdue) is there to keep them in place. Empyrean is also close to his Head of Security/Police, Vakt.
