Snowfest Writing Contest 2024: Kriffy's entry
Once upon a time, Kriffy, a crystal griffin, saw a strange path in the cotton candy clouds. Kriffy decided to follow the candy cane path. After a short flight, Kriffy arrived at a breathtaking place where everything was made of gingerbread. The houses, the trees, even the lampposts were crafted from delicious, spiced gingerbread. The air was filled with the sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies.
As Kriffy wandered through this enchanting land, the griffin heard cheerful chirping sounds. Looking around, Kriffy spotted a group of delightful gingerbread birds perched on a gingerbread tree. The birds had colorful icing feathers and gumdrop eyes that sparkled in the sunlight.
"Hello there!" Kriffy called out, flapping his wings excitedly. "I’m Kriffy!"
The gingerbread birds fluttered down from the tree, chirping in harmony. The leader of the birds, a bright red gingerbread robin named Male Robin Wreath Gingerbird, stepped forward and replied, "Welcome to Gingerbread Grove, Kriffy! We are the Gingerbirds. ?"
Suddenly, a cookies and cream pingfait jumped over. They shook their head and the cream came off. Inside was a gingerbird that disguised as a pingfait. "THE PINGFAITS ARE COMING!!!"
