Hi everyone!
Unfortunately, an exploit has been discovered that allowed a user to mass generate items, specifically Amethystine Steel, Golden Anvils, Silver Anvils, Buckeye Leafs, Post Oak Leafs, Infused Smithing Hammers, and Gilded Chests. If you have picked up any of these items from the giving tree over the last 24 hours, do not use it, sell, buy from stalls, open it, or craft with it until further notice.
You will not be punished if you have already crafted with or sold these items.
Do not do anything with these items from this point on, until further notice.
The exploited items will be removed from your inventory by staff.

Oh my starfish! I wondered what happened. I left to drive down the coast and came back to the notification. =O. we've had so many 'I'm leaving' posts, I thought someone was dumping their stuff at the tree. Thank you for retrieving it from my account. I sincerely hope you've got that loophole fixed. I wish people wouldn't cheat =(
I found two Buckeye Leafs in the tree and a bunch of Mythical Smithing Hammer from the same Anonymous user, do these hammers still count? Because the schema needs one purified hammer which at the same time requires an infused one.
I also thought it was a person leaving the game, was it because they found the exploit the real reason they are gone?
were only those items possible to duplicate or were only those duplicated because of their value? are there any other items that were affected by the glitch and we're just not caring about them?
Oh gods i didn't even look at the giving tree, thank the gods otherwise i'd've been all over that. Phew, scary.

So, things opened or crafted are ok? I thought it was just someone leaving the site and dumping items from excess currency.

Worst part is: I spent almost 200.000FC this morning buying 10 smithing hammers from stalls.
I took a ton of those from the giving tree o-o I also opened most of the gilded chests so if you need to remove items received from them, just letting you know
Oh shoot. I thought this said to sell any items mentioned, so I discarded my post oak leaves. Now I noticed this said not to do anything with them. Oops.
Shoot, sorry. I removed any of these items i had for sale from my stalls... though i did already buy a jungle komodo with some of the leaves. I don't think i gave it to anyone yet, though.
