CSS stands for cascading style sheets. On Furvilla, you can add it to your profiles to customize them. MOD-Shroomy has some custom CSS on their profile, if you'd like an example.

You can always submit a report to contact the staff!
In this case, though, MOD-Thaleia handles paintie stuff, so just send her an item transfer with the magic sticker and let her know which villager you want it on.
