how on earth am i supposed to make a steel shield when it requires 25 arm bands and the only way to get arm bands is buy them ??? the money i'd need to buy all those arm bands is 12,500 and that's way more than the shield is actually worth i hate this

I think that each village has its own special potion :0 but i only know dragonmaw's and quetzal palace's
