No problem! In the middle of making my Riley suit, I developed my "canine hybrid" version of my fursona (the german shepherd dinosaur) which I fell in love with and found that I would prefer to work on a new suit of the hybrid version instead of finishing the one I had in progress at the time. I decided to keep Riley as a work in progress suit to use as a visual aid for hosting panels at conventions and an example for how you can alter the shape of my canine resin blanks before furring them at my dealer's table.
I had always been hesitant to create my fursona as a suit because I put a lot of pressure on myself to get it "just right" and once again felt that my skills weren't quite there yet to give me the results that I wanted. It's a really bad habit of mine. I just haven't found the time to make suits after focusing on graduation from college and then getting a full time job. I kind of miss it because I know I'd be so much further along in my craft if I had continuously been working on projects. So one day I'll attempt to make Riley again!
