Yup! Just transfer them to a person's user account from your inventory. It doesn't allow for direct sales, but for item trades it is just dandy ^-^

I'll give you 10 Brain Coral Seeds and 10 Fur Coral Seeds for it. :) Even if you end up not growing them, you can always sell them 60fc a pop. Does that work?
