It's an i-Cybie. It was released around the same time as the original Tekno. They stopped making them ages ago but they're still pretty good robot dogs even now. I'm pretty fond of mine.

You can give pets to a villager and sometimes get random fc when they wanna play. And the sword is for the warrior but u need to be lvl 2 first. But you can buy lvl 0 armor,weapons and shield from your shops in village
