An odd cat with a obsession with deals and triangles Bill scared the crap out of Shishi and Dipper when the Panda and Deer was looking for seeds.
It's hard to tell what Bill is thinking but when he learned Shishi needed a Construction Worker Bill just showed up at their door saying he was one. Dipper wasn't happy since Bill insists on calling him 'Pine Tree' but they need the cats help.
What Bill really wants is not sure but Dipper tells his friends to not trust him or take his deals.
Bill has now taken to exploring with Shishi as a means to gather more supplies. He seems to be genuinely trying to help but everyone is still unsure of his motives.
