Chimera come in all shapes and sizes but they all have two features in common, hooves and snake-headed tails. All chimera produce a highly corrosive acid, which can come in handy for multiple situations.
Dax is a chimera of the lop variety, making them smaller than some. Dax prefers to spend time alone, though they will seek out company when the mood strikes. They have a variety of skills but have yet to find something they truly enjoy and want to focus on.
