About
Lore was forged from an ancient bronze altar to stand in holy judgement over those under the care of his mistress, Cerridwen. His purpose is to hear confessions and then provide absolution or condemnation as he sees fit. To breathe life into this metal golem, Cerridwen had to sacrifice some of her own memories. In what was likely a fit of humor, she chose happy memories of her childhood. Unfortunately for her, the resulting creature developed strong mischievous tendencies and a rather naughty sense of humor.
While performing his court duties, Lore is appropriately solemn and forbidding. But when not required by his mistress, he adopts a more diminutive corporeal form and enjoys running around wreaking havoc and playing harmless pranks. His childish mien misleads many people, causing them to think he truly is as young as he seems. But Lore is an ancient dragon in Posession of the wisdom and power of his goddess, and it would be foolish to underestimate him.
