I don't know how he does it. The minute he stepped in, an influx of both rare items as well as coins came. I don't know how he does it, but even if Nan Hai hasn't stopped glaring at him like he's something to eat, I'm glad we received Nemo. He's a hardworking kid, he's all right.
You should've seen Aiden's face when I held out a bag of Frostplant and Frozen Bellflower seeds. . . He's making a lot of progress now that Nemo seems to be helping out. I just hope he doesn't forget to grow the right ones for medicine, can you imagine? I guess I could use Croix's help with that.

Ah, so much for the good times. . . I can't remember the last time we had a rest. . . At least Aiden's as good spirited as ever, and Nemo doesn't seem to care about any extra work. I hope Vern isn't getting the wrong idea, that we can't fend for ourselves. If we've proved anything these past few days, it's just that.

Well it's all settled down now. Vern has settled as a warrior and explorer until he decides on anything else.
Aiden's hands bled today. . . He must've prickled himself with a bush. I wish my mastery was more advanced so I could care for him. . . And everyone else, of course.
Perhaps I'll ask him to hover, tomorrow. (To keep him out of trouble, nothing else.)
