The village Doctor who delivered the Twins. Selmeria was a longtime friend of the family even before Luciela's and Lucek's parents got married. To be honest she cared for both of them deeply... far more than a friend would normally.
When the twins were stillborn, she did all she could to save them, she suspected that it was not due to her efforts that they came back around. She never asked though, she did not want to loose the connection she had with the duo, and in her mind asking would do just that.
Selmeria took the orphaned twins in when their parents died. At that time the secret the two were holding also came to light. While the doctor was devastated, she vowed to keep watch over the little one's in their parent's stead. Keeping their secret, but also trying to find a way to help them break the Curse as she called it.
While she is usually a friendly and caring person, when you anger her, she turns into a demon, especially when the twins are concerned. After all, they are a carbon copy of their parents when they were young. Though she may have be stern at times, she also tended to pamper the duo.
Even currently, despite them being young adults already, Selmeria still loves to take care of them, not to mention Luciela's herbs help immensely with her work. She similarly enjoys spending time with Lucek's tamed animals, they soothe her mind each time she is stressed. Though there is nothing better for that, than a hug from her adoptive children.

Her friends Tsurugi came to the village due to her plea for help. She did not want to share the twins secret, but at the same time she wanted to help them. Despite having no idea if the alchemist would be able to help, but it was still worth a shot. Not to mention her friend seemed to have some really strange ways and solutions for the strangest issues.
Fortunately he found a way to separate them, but the process was dangerous, especially to the half that would be split off. She hesitated, yet she brought it up to the twins. Lucek was willing to take the risk. Much to Slemeria's worry, however once he explained himself she understood he just wanted to protect his sister and make her life easier. He felt guilty about how things were, despite there being no fault with either of the twins,.
On the day of the ritual, Selmeria made sure everything would be prepared in case things went wrong. Though she knew there might not be much she'd be able to do. Nervously, she watched Lucek drink the potion.
Quizzically she looked to Tsurugi, as nothing seemed to be happening. Though soon the boy lost consciousness, half of what made up the magic in his body leaving as if drawn towards the forest. Selmeria caught the body that was clearly Luciela's now.
Worried she watched over the girl, talking to Tsurugi about what was going on with Lucek now. The boy was clearly gone, though she had no idea where his soul went. The alchemist reassured her that everything would be all right, she was a bit calmer, but still worried.
Luciela woke up, she looked around an ran off panicked. Dumbfounded, Selmeria watched the girl as she left, only moving after a few minutes when her mind got back on track. It was not easy to follow Luciela through the forest, especially since the girl had a head start.
Soon though, both her and Tsurugi caught up. At a good time too, since Luciela was almost about to get closer to something... that was not native to the forest.
Despite everything though, she let the girl go, it was the feeling she got from the creature, something familiar, like a presence she felt in the past. It was so similar to the father of the Twins. yet at the same time different.
Selmeria watched with held breath as Luciela embraced the creature and in turn was embraced in turn. It was when she knew that it was Lucek... the tears started flowing at the time, she was happy, so deeply happy that it succeeded, not to mention that both seemed healthier than ever.
Soon after the reunion she would take quite a while to check the duo's condition, making sure nothing was wrong. Of course Tsurugi was roped in to help, but at the same time seemed to really enjoy the company. Selmeria hoped he would stay in the village indefinitely....
