Shepard is what is called a Crystal Horned Deerstale. He is new to the village, having come from a long away tribe of his own people. He came upon hearing of many wild animals he had never come across before. His loving and caring nature to animals has caused him to be the villages Shepard, Collecting and finding animals. Taming them or just caring for them in his field. His name isn't Actually shepard, but since he has yet to tell anyone what it is, considering he is thought to be a mute, everyone just calls him Shepard, and he goes with it.
