Anachronic is the head of the House of Rain. The only thing definitively known about them is that they are a dragon. However, their form often seems to change: one moment they are a small, red dragon, the next they are large, gray, and feathered. Even their gender remains a mystery, though it's generally accepted that the red-dragon form is male and the gray-dragon female.
As their name suggests, Anachronic's relationship with time is unstable at best. When others speak to them, their words will often come out jumbled, mixed up merely by their presence. Anachronic also seems to have some knowledge of the near future, though this clairvoyancy doesn't extend very far. Notably, none of the other inhabitants of the House of Rain are affected by Anachronic's time-jumbling. Whether this is because they are used to them or because the mysterious dragon spares them on purpose is unknown.
When a new villager joins the House of Rain, Anachronic offers them a deal. This can be anything and varies greatly depending upon the recipient.
Anachronic actually came to the settlement fifth. Thistle was the original inhabitant, and had been joined shortly by Aria, Samson, and Clay. Combined, these five are considered the 'founders' (the others arrived much later and much more sporadically), though that title doesn't award them any particular favors.
Anachronic also likes to make dad jokes.
