Bio: Shiia was a cute little pup when she was growing up. She her mother always wanted a girl, and with the father not around the mother got what she wanted. Shiia grew up a cute and cuddly boy surrounded by girly things. Dresses, bows, tiaras and more. Shiia grew to love fashion and so she decided what she wanted to be. A tailor. Making cute costumes and extras. Shiia always knew she had a sense for style.
One day when Shiia was making a cloak a small dragon named Snoe walked in shyly. Snoe said "H-hi, I'm Snoe. You wanted a partner?" Shiia gazed at Snoe and smiled. "Yes I did. Are you here to take that place?" Snoe nodded and smiled with blush clouding over her face. Shiia giggled and had her come over toward her and from then they've been best friends and partners.
