Nemo is a quite and thoughtful fox, she very rarely speaks to others besides her girlfriend Shiva. She has a bad habit of just walking away from crowds with her head down. As a result, many of her coworkers/classmates think she is a little diva. As one would suspect that is not the case in the slightest. In her youth, she was abused by her mother and has retreated inward in fear of judgement. There was a time when she would actually say nothing and shrink away from any contact. With the help of Shiva, she has come out of her shell a lot more and does talk to others. It is a constant challenge for her, but once someone gets past her walls she is very funny and lively. She adores puns and if someone will hang around for a little while they will catch her snicker at her own jokes. Another thing is, she can talk for hours about anything to do with the ocean. She loves the sea and will enthusiastically chatter about everything from types of fish to deep sea vents. Shiva can no longer count how many hours she and Nemo have talked about the subject. Yet no one really minds Nemo's thoughts as long as she does not close herself off. While she still has a way to go her progress has been a constant source of happiness to all who care about her.
