In a modern world where humans and wolf shifters have been in a seemingly endless clash, Knil happens to be one of those poor pawns. Raised in the wild, he always fascinated about the human world with his grandfather, Sam, who lived among them for a short amount of time.
Upon reaching the age of 16, he was taken on his first 'Human Hunt'. And this resulted in a life change. He was horror-struck on what his parents did to these beings. And all he could do was rescue a 14 year old boy from a fate too early, and the boy was lucky enough to get away.
His parents, disgusted with his behavior, tried their hardest to change Knil's ways. However, he refused. He didn't want to kill humans, that was the last thing he had learned, and he stuck to it.
In the end, he and Sam parted ways from the pack, and Sam introduced him into the human world 7 years later. Where he met that boy once more, now 19, and not remembering who Knil was.
