Tally is a cat that lives within the cartoon world. Or rather, lives in the 'pages' of it. Pages, being much like various worlds with different art styles, mediums - he travels from one to the other with his friend Artemis, an artist that fell into the world suddenly. It's up to Tally to help his friend return to the real world, and more importantly, find his own page again.

Tally is a talkative, and rather manic character - can be very fun-loving, and is usually very self-assured. Despite appearing relaxed or chilled, He's very expressive of his emotions, and sometimes they can be very over-the-top. Is often a mischievous cat.
