Amaranthine trusts no one, and lets no one in. She hides emotions behind the skilled facade of a mask. She does her best to remain stoic; unaffected, ignorant, at peace. Keeping up appearances, Amaranthine tends to enjoy solitude merely for the fact of freedom; with no wandering eyes she is capable, independent. However, when they set themselves on her she reverts to her original state, the perfection that her father so craved. She keeps them away with blunt or simple comments, no tact or guise, which sometimes makes her come off as rude or selfish.

Her image isn't helped by her exceptional level of pride, to the point of hubris. The wolf believes she is unstoppable and will go through hell and back to prove so; failure is never an option. She believes shes the best there is at her job, even going as far as gather materials herself "Lest someone get it wrong". With such a drive she tends to look down on everyone at first meeting, because she has to be better. But she keeps her maw shut and gives respect to those she deems acceptable or higher in caste.
