Villager: Perfect Point

Perfect Point is a young, irresponsible moon-beast that belongs to a family of Equine descent- his family in specific stands at about half a meter tall and have a diet of several different meats. The sharp rows of teeth in his mouth on his face are actually false, and his actual mouth is located on his chest. His chest is also where his eyes move to if agitated by someone or something.
Perfect Point enjoys taking his pins out and playing with them by sticking them in his eyes, ears, and the pads of his paws or hooves.
Perfect Point is a close friend to the Dictator, and is the star mini-model of an urban legend magazine. Perfect point spends his spare time creating voodoo dolls for his close friends to mess with each other, and has made specific rules to not kill the other friend with the doll.
Perfect Point is playful, adventurous, and all around annoying when you just can't seem to find him anywhere due to his height.
