It really always is, as I also have and use the necklace xD So I only tend to use it if their lightning resist is low... hence why I was able to remove the strikes early on, as I prepared for it~ ;D

Lucid That comes from the Feathered Necklace, it's pretty hit-or-miss if it works in a given battle. The self-inflicted 700 pure damage is pretty brutal.
