Villager: Whimsy

Whimsy is a doctor known for her unorthodox methods and sarcastic attitude. Though her motives and moral compass are confusing, she seems to genuinely care for her patients.
She seems to spend lots of time around plants, especially hounding Lumiere for secrets on how to make the most potent flora. Whimsy keeps a rose with her at all times, for what reason, most do not know.
Even with her scathing remarks towards others... she would not harm a living creature for fun. She is rich with empathy, despite her ambitions.
