Rupert, a disgraced monarch from another land, is utterly disgusted to find that he cannot afford to live anywhere else. Still, he needs somewhere to hide from disgruntled civilians and assassins, and Drakel Road was alarmingly uninterested in background checks. As if they knew how to run a country. Being stuck in this peasant street wasn't all bad, at least. He was given acceptable meals and treated with the respect he deserves, even while they don't know his lineage.
