Renau is a mage rabbit that uses water magic to help a village that doesn't get much water to grow crops and basically live their lives much better that they would without him.
Lyceus was the king of his country. He thought everyone loved him and that he was the greatest thing that ever happened to them. In reality, he was so conceited and full of himself that people couldn't stand him. At one point he banned magic and magicians, mostly because he couldn't cast magic himself. This eventually led to a coup and he was overthrown and thrown out into the streets, He meets Renau and learns how some places just can't live without magic and what he was actually doing to people when he outlawed magic.
