Villager: Hornby

You hear hammering and it sort of confuses you. You search around until you find the source of the sound.

You stumble upon a hulking beast of a canine and you panic a little, but before you can flee he turns to you and his ears perk up.

"Hi!!" He says excitedly, "J-just a momement, I'll be right down!" He scrambles down the ladder he's on and in no time at all he's standing --no, towering over you.

"I'm Hornby! I like making things! Can I make you a thing--er, something?" He wags his tail and you laugh a little, realizing he's not much more than a big softy.



Hornby is a sweetheart even though he looks terrifying. He can most often be found lounging around the forge waiting for Smith to finish his work.

Sometimes, when Celeste can't keep the monsters at bay on her own, he picks up a sword and shield to fight beside her before going back to his carpentry.

He keeps his boyfriends feeling very safe when they sleep at night. He's always alert, even when he's resting, so therer's no where that's safer than near him.

While he's very nice and very friendly, he can also be a bit abrasive. When he's with Trott and Smith he goes quiet and enables their antics while pretending to be against them.

Despite that he's still a very good boy.
