There's a lot behind this oc lol
To put it simply her came into existence bc I needed something for a college I was interested in to look at and tell me their opinion. After about a week of work and very little thought, he was done.
I wanted to keep him as a character instead of trashing the Idea, so I simply named him "Hoc" as an acronym for "Hope of college"
He's an aro/ace dragon boy that herds sheep
