Villager: Obelus

This entity lived as a crow while it was alive, but it is unknown how long ago that was. All that is known is it now exists as a gatekeeper and guide of sorts between the world of the living and purgatory. It is often spotted in regions where the temperature frequently falls below zero, and has been known to offer safe passage or, for the unlucky, the quickest path to death. There is no way to tell which it will offer you. Exercise great caution when choosing to interact with it, as its silent stare from beneath its hood is difficult to resist.
