Jesica was a tailor in Dunwall Tower. Following the death of the empress, she paid a smuggler to pass her through quarantine zone. She watched herself to make sure that she didn't catch a rat plague. Few years after that, she managed to get to Olde Foxbury, and start working there as a tailor, although she had a lot of contracts from Dunwall and Samara for specific outfits.
