Rester's been tired since the day she was born. Some say she left the womb asleep... which was probably rather distressing for everyone involved. Indeed, she's often found around the Warren napping in strange and unconventional spots. Though while initially off-putting, most have grown to accept the possibility of finding her asleep on their porches, rooftops, or store shelves.

Looking past her quirks, however, reveals a wunderkind like no other. When she's not embracing her namesake, she's a brilliant botanist, a highly trained carpenter, and a fantastic conversationalist, despite being mute. She's even responsible for teaching Jester how to properly sign. But she prefers staying out of the limelight. It'd disturb her naps.

Recently, she's grown quite attached to Nester, considering her the "designated nap buddy". She often heads to her place to sleep on her couch. Nester luckily doesn't seem to mind much, happy to befriend someone who doesn't seem to gossip or spread rumors (and also secretly enjoying the cuddling). However, Rester's noticed how much Hester's prodding has gotten to her friend. She's determined to make it stop, even if it means temporarily giving up her precious naps.

... She's also recently started leaking green slime from her face, but she doesn't care much.

"It's like my own personal night light, plus it makes my innards look cool."
