Penelope is a shifty with her chin high! Though coming from a long line of masterful shapeshifters Penelope will not be joining the legacy. She was told she was a person that could choose to be anyone or anything. That she could take her place in the stars just by changing who she was. Try as she might and with every shape, color and size she realized none of them felt as good as just being herself, a small chubby blob full of glitter.
