Villager: Telperion

Telperion is a glowing Elk that is said to have drunk the dew from the tree that is his namesake before it's destruction. The final flower of the tree was said to have become the moon. Weather that is the truth or not, no one knows. Telperion is a creature as smart as any human, and has a wisdom beyond how he tends to act, which is rather playful. Unlike most guardians that watch over the forests, proud of their beautiful silver/white coat, Telperion enjoys playing and wallowing in the thick mud. He is bright enough with his inner glow, that he doesn't worry about the pristine of his coat, but should he find his way into a clear pond and wash himself of the dirt and the mud, he is so beautiful he seems to literally steal the breath from your very lungs. Many people and creatures have come to pay homage to the Elk, with the hope of seeing this elusive creature, or, even more rare, receive words of wisdom from the creature, though he is just as likely to play a trick upon you or crack a joke as give words of wisdom. Still, he is a gentle creature, and it is said that when he stays in one place for so long, flowers bloom that hold the same glow as he does and are much sought after for spells and herbal remedies, the extent of the Elks actual abilities is unknown, whether he has any real power or not is a mystery, though things do tend to seem more lush and healthy when he passes through.
