Appearance: In his natural form, Ness is an oilslick-black draconic horse with green fins, a fish tail and a long tangling mane. When on land or attmepting to entice someone to enter his lake, he generally takes the form of a dark brown horse with a black mane and tail. No matter what form he shifts into, he is unable to rid himself of the streaks of green in his hair where waterweed grows. He has a complicated tattoo of a water hemlock plant that covers most of his left side.
