A star that fell into the sea and took on a canine's form, taken in by to become the partner in crime to a certain rabbit. Lullaby is in charge of designing the lavish costumes that their companion can often be seen wearing, as well as their own usually tamer outfits. Technically indebted to the white rabbit after having lost everything they had at the tables of the casino Glamorous runs, they've settled into working off their debt, and have become ultimately fond of the flamboyant hare.
Softspoken and easygoing, he can sometimes have trouble mingling with the customers, but has little in the way of shyness when it comes to being on stage, singing is Lullaby's life, and he's at his happiest when doing so.
