Hailing from Tigereye peak, Ethan hardly fit in with the crowd he'd tried to choose. He had joined them for the racing they participated in, but found they often fought with other groups of peoples. Before long, he became racer by choice, and doctor by necessity. Far from pleased with this turnout, he chose to move onwards and seek out a better place for him.
While passing through a smaller town on the outskirts of the Quetzal palace, he came across a generally arrogant serval named Shilo, who quickly became both a friend and a rival. The two played well off one another, challenging the other to be their best selves. The pair would travel with one another for some time before catching wind of an obscure village settling far from society within Oceandome's realm. Being the generally reckless people they are, they chose to investigate, and potentially join these folk in their strange journey.
