Once an esteemed medicine girl in her native tribe, Tsndea now lives in exile for a crime she did not commit.
When she was born, her elders knew straight away she was different - she had been born with the gift commonly referred to as nothing more than 'Mirror Wings'. While everyone in her village had wings, none had ones like hers - they were like windows to another place, stars shone, and butterflies often drifted in and out of view.
Her gift was the gift of a healer - from a young age she could make potent medicines for nearly any ailment, and so when she came of age she was assigned under the eldest medicine woman, who's skills were shadowed only by hers.
While she considered the medicine woman a second mother, the woman did not feel the same - she held deep resentment towards the girl who had stolen her place as head medicine woman - she would not allow her title to be stolen.
And so when the village chiefs daughter fell ill, and Tsndea was assigned to her aid, the bitter woman took her chance. Trusting the woman, Tsndea allowed her to add a few herbs to the medicine she was working on before giving it to her patient.
When the light faded from the chiefs daughters eyes, she looked to the woman for an answer, and found it in her twisted grin.
Distraught and betrayed, she fled, knowing she could never return to her home.
Nowadays she wanders wherever she feels she is needed, healing any who need her help.
