Hanzo is a composed warrior who believes in old folktales and traditions. He fights with careful strategy and ultimate precision- a stark contrast to Genji, who prefers to grab a strong weapon and run in swinging. It's no wonder Hanzo needs less daily fixing up.
Genji and Hanzo don't get along great. Genji thinks that Hanzo needs to lighten up, and Hanzo thinks Genji needs to be more serious about fighting monsters. Hanzo would still probably miss Genji's presence, though.
He doesn't like to talk about his family or where he came from- he believes that he has dishonored his family somehow and refuses to elaborate. He came across Iris when he was running from his home and needed a place to stay.
