Just your average upside-down spectre that gained self-awareness and decided it wanted to be a superhero.

Upsidedownghost-man is overly friendly and optimistic. It’s a chatterbox and will often keep talking even when nobody is listening anymore, going so far as to make up wild stories that never happened [probably] to keep speaking.

It firmly believes that the world is upside-down and it [and other upside-down spectres] is the only right-side-up thing existing. As such, it has taken this to mean that its duty in life is correctly flipping objects back over so they face the right way. People are not flipped as often, as it has come to accept that people are alright existing in an upside-down state of being.

Appearance: An upside-down spectre wearing a knitted superhero outfit and a gold cape that is clipped to is outfit with pink hairclips. Its mask is actually part of its face, just the smoke is dyed a different colour.
