Villager: Roolan

You walk along the path which leads near the edge of the village and brings you to a small plain. You see the Tiger Peak mountains all around you and some fir trees in the distance, but something green catches your attention. You walk toward the green and come upon a fencing built out of wiring and sticks. Inside the fenced area are many pots and patches with herbs and plants of several kind growing from them. As you keep admiring the glorious flora, you get startled by a feline animal jumping and barking behind the fence on front of you.

Roolan: "Sakura! Down girl! Down!"

The snow white dog becomes calm and lies down onto the snow, wiggling her tail as an equine figure approaches you both.

Roolan: "I hope she didn't startle you too much, Sakura guards the plantains, so it's kind of her purpose to jump onto folk. Pardon my manners, I'm Roolan. I'm the herbalist of this village and I make it possible for our villagers to have healthy food and medicine herbs, no matter what time of the year it is or how cold it might get."

You decide to introduce yourself and compliment the white stallion's plants, until you hear distant muttering from behind you. Turning around you see a female fox and a husky whispering to each other as they glance at your way.

Roolan: "Don't mind them, everyone tends to always whisper things out of my earshot. Ever since I came to this village, I've somehow been the main subject for rumours and all kinds of stories. Why? I think I know why but... I'm sure you would do just fine without knowing, trust me. Oh, I forgot to fetch a plant pot from Schiwfty. I'm glad you enjoyed my little green garden. Hope to see you around soon, travel safely!

Roolan waves farewell as he walks towards the gateway of the fencing, Sakura then getting onto her feet and beginning to patrol around the pen.
