A doll. Seemingly mute. Ciel's twin, though no one has ever seen them both at once. He spends all his time in the attic of their house, where no one is allowed to enter. Patients get their medicine on the table just inside the entrance. Ciel does any talking needed.
Doll enjoys toys (especially vintage or medical themed), toy jewelry, moths, watching people through the window in the attic, and dolls. He likes mixing medicine as a hobby and seems to have a knack for it.
He seems to be made of plastic, but functions as a living being aside from the movements of his limbs (his tail, ears, and head move naturally). His appearance is probably a mystery to anyone who has seen it, but Ciel.
