Gizmo is down to earth and hardworking. She is always ready to lend a paw, and having grown up with a father who was a jack-of-all-trades, became one herself. Very talented in multiple fields, she can change jobs often depending on what the circumstances that day call for.
A childhood family friend of Briar's, she met Charles and Wyeth through him. She is more laid back about Wyeth's behaviour than Charles, as she is an overall calmer person and sees no real potential danger. As far as she is concerned, Briar is happy and Wyeth doesn't let him come to harm, so why worry? Unlike Charles who is always planning for the future, Gizmo prefers to focus on the present.
However she has little time for squabbling and always tries to come between the boys when they fight with sharp words that shut them up immediately. In this way she can be a bit of a hypocrite, her pride making her not pick her own fights as she will argue with anybody who goes against her even if she is wrong. When she is found to be incorrect, she finds it difficult to go back on her word and apologise. She prefers to just drop the argument and move on, which is alright in itself but not when she may have caused real hurt to whoever was on the other end of the fight.
